CHF 50,000) pending filing with the Companies Registry. A deposit declaration will be provided to you once the sums have been paid in. We only need proof of identification for this step.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You will need to visit a notary<\/strong> for signing the original incorporation deed. This deed will contain the articles of association and appoint the governing bodies. The notary will take responsibility for the statutory steps and obligation for public disclosure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opening of the company\u2019s bank account<\/strong> and release of the capital once received from the Companies Registry Office.
